Processing time.

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping will vary depending on the item.

Estimated turn around time for a shadow box will take up to 2 weeks before they are shipped as they are made to order items.

Stickers and cup orders will be processed within 7 days.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All items are final sale.

Where is my package?

If your item has been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS to file a lost package claim or a stolen package claim for support.

Damaged Items.

We are not responsible for any items that were damaged during shipping.

However, if you received a defective item, please reach out via email within 3 days of the delivered date. Please take photos of the damaged item to include in the email so we can make it right!
